"Interview with the Doctor" Editorial Design
For these designs there was not creative challenge, the information itself was the highlight and the design around it was to be a compliment to it without overpowering the information being presented. As a result of this information being the focal point I crafted a design that carried over color and textured elements from the overall brand and presented them in a refreshed light as a backdrop for the information present so that these design can be placed alongside other ads for this brand and maintain a design synergy while also strengthening the brand recognition for an international audience.
This spread design was featured as a center fold in a magazine that is distributed across many Spanish speaking countries in Central and South America.
Trigeminal Neuralgia Ad Design
Creative Challenge:
"Create an ad to highlight TN and establish effective the idea that our brand not only understands this affliction but is more than qualified to effectively treat it listing services that our brand provides to treat it. "
My Designer Intent:
My intent with this design was to bring a strong enough awareness to what TN is by utilizing a sample photo of the condition and emphasizing the most crucial information so that the brand's knowledge and treatment options stand out to the viewer. Through effective use of "shock" imagery of a woman in pain due to TN and a subtle design feel that breaks the most crucial aspects of the need to know info into two sequential segments using logo coloring throughout to strengthen brand identity and recognition.
