Creative Challenge:
To create an a piece centered around a cake decorating event for children.
My Designer Intent:
I wanted the highlight to be the photo of a cake being created to bring emphasis to that aspect of the event, An enticing image of a finished and decorated image of a cake to show the viewer the potential for delicious cake.
Event Flyer
Creative Challenge:
Come up with a unique and fun way to showcase information about a camping trip/retreat for children.
My Designer Intent:
Another example of utilizing strong imagery and placing the information around it. I wanted to make certain that the image was very much the center focus but aalso place the information around it in a comfortable and complimentary way. I used color and font changes to show different information but the colors used where pulled to work best with the image and background.
HaKOL (Monthly Editorial) April Issue Cover
Creative Challenge:
I was given the theme of Israeli Independence Day and full creative control to come up with a cover related to it.
My Designer Intent:
I wanted to create an inspiring cover that included the imagery of the flag of Israel and something that showed a child as opposed to a group to really drive home how much of an impact on the future of the country through its youth that this day and its celebration means in the long run for the people of Israel.
